September 2025 in Kraft; das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich, das nach dem Brexit nun seinen eigenen Rechtsrahmen hat, legte seine eigene gestaffelte Frist fest.<\/p><p>Die US Food and Drug Administration hat kein Verbot ausgesprochen, obwohl einige amerikanische Marken freiwillig umformulieren, um eine einheitliche globale Produktlinie zu erhalten.<\/p><h2 id=\"brands\">Marke Antworten<\/h2><p>Die GelBottle Inc. erkl\u00e4rte, dass ihr gesamtes EU-Sortiment bereits 100% TPO-frei ist und dass ihre Sortimente im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich und in den USA auf dem besten Weg sind, noch vor der Frist im September 2026 vollst\u00e4ndig umgestellt zu werden. Glossify best\u00e4tigte ebenfalls eine aktive Umformulierung. Chemistry World berichtete, dass die Marken seit der EU-Ank\u00fcndigung vom Mai 2024 ausreichend Zeit hatten, um Alternativen zu entwickeln.<\/p><p>Die wichtigsten Ersatz-Photoinitiatoren sind TPO-L (Ethyltrimethylbenzoylphenylphosphinat) und BAPO (Bisacylphosphinoxid), die beide die aktuellen Sicherheitsbewertungen der EU und des Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreichs bestehen.<\/p><h2 id=\"salons\">Was Salonbesitzer jetzt tun m\u00fcssen<\/h2><p>BABTAC empfiehlt eine sofortige Bestandsaufnahme: \u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie jedes Produktetikett auf \u201cTrimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide\u201d in der INCI-Liste. Nicht konforme Best\u00e4nde, die vor dem Stichtag gekauft wurden, k\u00f6nnen bis zum Ablauf der H\u00e4ndlerfrist verwendet werden, aber der Kauf neuer TPO-haltiger Produkte nach dem 14.
