Im Gegensatz zu organischen Pigmenten werden ihre Kernbestandteile aus anorganischen Substanzen gewonnen, was ihre einzigartigen physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften bestimmt. Anorganische Pigmente lassen sich aufgrund ihrer Herkunft in zwei Kategorien einteilen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nat\u00fcrliche anorganische Pigmente:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie werden haupts\u00e4chlich aus mineralischen Ressourcen in der Natur gewonnen und durch physikalische Verarbeitungsmethoden wie Abbau, Sieben und Brechen hergestellt. Zu den g\u00e4ngigen Sorten geh\u00f6ren Zinnober (haupts\u00e4chlich Quecksilbersulfid), roter Ton (enth\u00e4lt Eisenoxid) und Realgar (Arsensulfid). Aufgrund der komplexen Zusammensetzung nat\u00fcrlicher Mineralien und des hohen Anteils an Verunreinigungen haben diese Pigmente im Allgemeinen einen geringen Reinheitsgrad, eine relativ dunkle Farbe und eine schwache T\u00f6nung. Synthetische anorganische Pigmente haben ein komplettes Farbspektrum, leuchtende und lebendige Farben und sind in ihrem Deckverm\u00f6gen und ihrer F\u00e4rbekraft den nat\u00fcrlichen Produkten weit \u00fcberlegen. Die folgende Tabelle basiert auf dem von ISO und DIN empfohlenen System. Dieses System basiert auf farblichen und chemischen \u00dcberlegungen. B. nat\u00fcrlich hergestellter Zinnober, roter Ton, Realgar usw. Fr\u00fcher war Rauchschwarz das wichtigste anorganische Pigment, w\u00e4hrend sein Gegenst\u00fcck, die Kreide, ebenfalls ein g\u00e4ngiges Pigment war. Farbige Erde war ebenfalls weit verbreitet, und nat\u00fcrliches Eisenoxid war ebenfalls ein g\u00e4ngiges anorganisches Pigment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Bereits vor 5.000 Jahren haben unsere Vorfahren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Bleiwei\u00df hergestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Vor etwa 2.300 Jahren verf\u00fcgte mein Land \u00fcber die Technologie zur Veredelung von Zinnober. Aber auch andere L\u00e4nder waren bei der Herstellung von Pigmenten sehr erfolgreich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Im fr\u00fchen 18. Jahrhundert entwickelte ein Deutscher namens Diesbach eine Methode zur Herstellung von Preu\u00dfischblau. Etwa ein Jahrhundert sp\u00e4ter erfand der Franzose Vauquelin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Chromgelb, und etwa 20 Jahre sp\u00e4ter stellte der Franzose Guimet Ultramarin her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Lithopon wurde in den 1870er Jahren entwickelt. Das anschlie\u00dfende Aufkommen von Titan-Kompositpigmenten und Verfahren zur Herstellung von Titandioxid f\u00f6rderte einen bedeutenden Fortschritt bei der Herstellung anorganischer Pigmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Bis heute ist das Spektrum der anorganischen Pigmente im Wesentlichen vollst\u00e4ndig, wobei sich der Schwerpunkt der Entwicklung auf die Verbesserung der Leistung, die Verringerung der Umweltbelastung und die Entwicklung spezieller funktioneller Pigmente (z. B. f\u00fcr Korrosionsschutz, Fluoreszenz und temperaturempfindliche Eigenschaften) verlagert hat.
