La prohibici\u00f3n de la UE entr\u00f3 en vigor el 1 de septiembre de 2025; el Reino Unido, que ahora aplica su propio marco normativo tras el Brexit, estableci\u00f3 su propio plazo escalonado.<\/p><p>La Administraci\u00f3n de Alimentos y Medicamentos de EE.UU. no ha emitido una prohibici\u00f3n, aunque algunas marcas estadounidenses est\u00e1n reformulando voluntariamente para mantener una \u00fanica l\u00ednea de productos global.<\/p><h2 id=\"brands\">Marca Respuestas<\/h2><p>GelBottle Inc declar\u00f3 que toda su gama de la UE ya est\u00e1 libre de TPO 100%, y que sus gamas del Reino Unido y EE.UU. est\u00e1n en camino para la transici\u00f3n completa antes de la fecha l\u00edmite de septiembre de 2026. Glossify tambi\u00e9n confirm\u00f3 la reformulaci\u00f3n activa. Chemistry World inform\u00f3 de que, desde el anuncio de la UE de mayo de 2024, las marcas han tenido en gran medida tiempo suficiente para desarrollar alternativas.<\/p><p>Los principales fotoiniciadores de sustituci\u00f3n son el TPO-L (etil-trimetilbenzoil-fenilfosfinato) y el BAPO (\u00f3xido de bisacilfosfina), que superan las actuales evaluaciones de seguridad de la UE y el Reino Unido.<\/p><h2 id=\"salons\">Lo que los propietarios de salones deben hacer ahora<\/h2><p>BABTAC recomienda una auditor\u00eda inmediata del inventario: compruebe en la etiqueta de cada producto si aparece \u201cTrimetilbenzoil Difenilfosfina \u00d3xido\u201d en la lista INCI.
