Contrairement aux pigments organiques, leurs principaux composants sont d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de substances inorganiques, ce qui d\u00e9termine leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques uniques. En fonction de leur source, les pigments inorganiques peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pigments inorganiques naturels :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont principalement d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de ressources min\u00e9rales naturelles et sont produits par des m\u00e9thodes de traitement physique telles que l'extraction mini\u00e8re, le criblage et le concassage. Les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s les plus courantes sont le cinabre (principalement du sulfure de mercure), l'argile rouge (contenant de l'oxyde de fer) et le realgar (sulfure d'arsenic). En raison de la composition complexe des min\u00e9raux naturels et de la teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en impuret\u00e9s, ces pigments ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une faible puret\u00e9, une couleur relativement fonc\u00e9e et un faible pouvoir colorant. Le tableau ci-dessous est bas\u00e9 sur le syst\u00e8me recommand\u00e9 par ISO et DIN. Ce syst\u00e8me est bas\u00e9 sur des consid\u00e9rations colorim\u00e9triques et chimiques. Comme c'est in\u00e9vitable avec de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes de classification, il existe des chevauchements entre les cat\u00e9gories et il est peu probable que des limites claires soient lumi\u00e8re, \u00e0 la chaleur, aux intemp\u00e9ries, aux solvants et ont un fort pouvoir couvrant, mais leur spectre de couleurs n'est pas tr\u00e8s complet, leur pouvoir colorant est faible, la brillance des couleurs est m\u00e9diocre et certains sels et oxydes m\u00e9talliques sont hautement toxiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(2) Composition :<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pigments inorganiques comprennent divers oxydes m\u00e9talliques, chromates, carbonates, sulfates et sulfures, tels que la poudre d'aluminium, la poudre de cuivre, le noir de carbone, le blanc de zinc et le blanc de titane, qui entrent tous dans la cat\u00e9gorie des pigments inorganiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pigments min\u00e9raux naturels sont enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de ressources min\u00e9rales, telles que le cinabre, l'argile rouge, le realgar, etc. Les pigments synth\u00e9tiques comprennent le dioxyde de titane, le jaune de chrome, le bleu de fer, le rouge de ruth\u00e9nium, les pigments achromatiques et les pigments color\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Les pigments achromatiques comprennent une gamme de pigments allant du blanc au noir en passant par le gris, qui ne pr\u00e9sentent que des diff\u00e9rences dans la quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, c'est-\u00e0-dire des diff\u00e9rences de luminosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure pigments<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pigments inorganiques sont utilis\u00e9s depuis tr\u00e8s longtemps. Au d\u00e9but, le noir de fum\u00e9e \u00e9tait le principal pigment inorganique, tandis que son \u00e9quivalent, la craie, \u00e9tait \u00e9galement un pigment courant. La terre color\u00e9e \u00e9tait \u00e9galement largement utilis\u00e9e, et l'oxyde de fer naturel \u00e9tait \u00e9galement un pigment inorganique courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Il y a 5 000 ans, nos anc\u00eatres produisaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du plomb blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Il y a environ 2 300 ans, mon pays disposait de la technologie n\u00e9cessaire pour raffiner le vermillon. Cependant, d'autres pays ont \u00e9galement obtenu des succ\u00e8s consid\u00e9rables dans la production de pigments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Au d\u00e9but du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle, un Allemand du nom de Diesbach a mis au point une m\u00e9thode de production du bleu de Prusse. Environ un si\u00e8cle plus tard, le Fran\u00e7ais Vauquelin a invent\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode pour produire du jaune de chrome et, une vingtaine d'ann\u00e9es plus tard, le Fran\u00e7ais Guimet a produit de l'outremer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Le lithopone a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point dans les ann\u00e9es 1870. L'apparition ult\u00e9rieure de pigments composites \u00e0 base de titane et de m\u00e9thodes de production de dioxyde de titane a favoris\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e significative dans la production de pigments inorganiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- \u00c0 ce jour, la gamme des pigments inorganiques est pratiquement compl\u00e8te, l'accent \u00e9tant mis sur l'am\u00e9lioration des performances, la r\u00e9duction de l'impact environnemental et le d\u00e9veloppement de pigments fonctionnels sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (tels que ceux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la protection contre la corrosion, \u00e0 la fluorescence et aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sensibles \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature).
