Get a Purple Floral Nail Art At-Home Manicure in 3 Easy Steps

I recently read an article that contained a sentence I really liked: “May your life always be filled with blooming purple flowers, romanticizing your eyes and softening the passage of time.” So this time, I decided to print romantic “purple flowers” on my nails to bring some gentle power to my life.Follow my steps and do it with me!

Step 1: Create a transparent cat-eye base color

First, apply a layer of silver gradient cat-eye gel polish(I used CHROMÉCLAIR’s Hema Free Gel Polish No. 437, which has a transparent gradient effect, good fluidity, and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly). Apply it evenly over the nail surface.

Next, use a cylindrical magnet to approach the nail and draw out the cat’s eye pattern with a “glass bead” effect—the advantage of dense magnetic powder is that

The cat’s eyes that were sucked out were bright and three-dimensional, like the sparkling surface of water.

After shining a light on it, you will find that the surface has a smooth feel due to its built-in coating, with no floating glue whatsoever.

Step 2: Matte texture and hand-painted flowers

Once the base color is dry, apply a layer of velvet matte top coat to give the nail surface a sophisticated matte finish.

Next is the “flowering” part of the soul: painting flowers with solid modeling clay.

You can draw a complete flower, or you can freely draw two or three petals. It offers a high degree of freedom!

– First, select the first color of magic mirror powder and gently rub it onto the drawn glue to give the flowers a glossy finish.

– Use a fine brush to dip into green glue and paint leaves as decoration, then apply the corresponding magic mirror powder (or use green gel polish directly);

– Use a brush to sweep away excess loose powder for a cleaner texture.

– Finally, apply small pearls to add a touch of elegance.

Step 3: Seal and reinforce to lock in the romance

Finally, gently coat the mirror powder with base glue (to prevent powder from falling off), then apply a layer of sealant and let it dry to make the entire nail art more durable and shiny. And just like that, a romantic floral nail art design that “welds” romance to your fingertips is complete!
