Friends, today I’m sharing a magical manicure, a hand-painted manicure tutorial that’s both ugly and beautiful. Even beginners can easily master it! It looks a bit “ugly and cute,” but it looks inexplicably beautiful when done. The key is that the steps are super simple, so even beginners can easily master it.
Step 1: Cat-Eye Gel Primer
First, prime your nails with a cat-eye gel polish with a narrow, narrow cap (I used CHROMÉCLAIR’s Hema-Free Gel Polish Cat-Eye Gel, which is non-toxic, easy to apply, and perfect for today’s tutorial).
After applying evenly, use a magnetic strip to absorb it and solidify it under the light. This step will make the subsequent color of the nail surface more shiny and layered.
Step 2: Draw Radiating Colored Lines
Take your favorite color of glass glue, such as purple, green, or yellow. Start with purple and draw radiating lines (imagine rays radiating outward from the center of the nail). After applying a color, hold it in place under a light to prevent subsequent smudges.
Then change to other colors and continue to draw radial lines next to the purple line. Repeat the “draw lines + shine light” operation to make the color layer richer.
Step 3: Powder and Glue
After all the colored lines are illuminated, apply a top coat of powder. Then, apply your favorite laser powder for an instant shine!
Then apply wash-free styling glue to the entire nail (do not apply it very evenly, a little thicker), do not use the light for this step!
Step 4: Use a drawing pen to create the texture.
Use a drawing pen to quickly draw along the radial lines you drew previously to create the texture. You can also draw from the center of the nail outwards to prevent glue from accumulating in the center, resulting in a more natural and smooth texture.
Step 5: Finish with Decorations
After creating the lines, cure them under a lamp. Finally, apply a five-pointed star decoration in the center of the nail. This unique and eye-catching manicure is complete!
