How to Do the Golden Sun Nail Art at Home?

This time we bring you a golden sun nail art tutorial to create a nail art style full of aristocratic atmosphere.

Step 1: Base Color

Use a light gold cat-eye gel polish to prime your nails (I used CHROMÉCLAIR’s Hema Free Gel Polish 422; it’s a luxurious, textured color, flows well, and is non-toxic and healthy).

After applying, use a magnet to suck out the broad light effect and solidify it under a lamp; then apply a powder sealant on the nail surface to prepare for the subsequent application of magic mirror powder.

Step 2: Positioning the Masking Tape and Applying Powder

Apply the masking tape to the center of your nail, pressing it firmly with a tool to prevent powder from leaking.

Take out the magic mirror powder (high-grade gold) and rub it on both sides of the nails, making sure that one side is wider and the other side is narrower;

Use a brush to sweep away the remaining powder on the nail surface, and carefully tear off the masking tape.

Use sanding strips to process the three sides of the nail to prevent the edges from curling up later.

Step 3: Matting and Line Shaping

Apply a non-stick matte primer to the entire nail and apply light to create a matte finish.

Take black drawing glue and use a fine brush to draw lines to add vertical texture to the nail surface. Keep the lines clean and natural when drawing.

Step 4: Apply powder again to enhance the texture

Use the gold Magic Mirror powder again to powder the nail surface, giving the texture a more textured metallic effect.

Step 5: Create a Sunburst Pattern and Texture

Mix modeling glue with black paint. Use a fine brush to create a sunburst pattern on the nails. Don’t aim for perfection; just sketch the sunflower pattern freely.

Then draw the sun’s rays on the edge of the texture, and after finishing, use magic mirror powder to rub out the metallic texture; to make the texture more three-dimensional, deepen the local area and then rub powder again to enhance the texture effect.

Step 6: Center Decoration and Topcoat

Draw a circle in the center of the sunburst pattern. Rub the orange Magic Mirror Powder into the circle.

Apply a powder sealant layer on the cross-section of the nail surface and embellish it with magic mirror powder;

Finally, apply soft reinforcing glue to wrap the magic mirror powder, and apply the sealing layer to the entire nail after shining the light; use the hard sealing layer to point out the shape at the sun position, and also apply the hard sealing layer to the orange area to increase the raised three-dimensional effect.

At this point, the noble golden sun manicure is completed. The overall style is gorgeous and textured, showing the aristocratic atmosphere.
