How to make a 3D bow on a manicure?

Today, I’m going to teach you how to make a super cute DIY 3D bow. You can choose the color and size according to your preference!

Preliminary preparation

First, apply a small amount of cuticle oil to your hands to prevent the soft gum from sticking to your hands during subsequent operations and to prepare for subsequent shaping.

Making the bow

– Take an appropriate amount of soft candy glue,

Roll it into short, thick round strips.

– Flatten the round strip with a silicone pen.

Next, fold the flattened adhesive strip in half and press lightly on the contact point to stick the two sides together, forming the single petal shape of the bow.

– Pick up the finished single petal and place it on the nail surface, pressing down on the center.

At the same time, pull both sides toward the center to make the shape more like a bow.

Repeat the same steps on the other side. It is recommended to use a lamp to set the shape after completing each petal, otherwise, as shown in the video, the shape may collapse and deform if the lamp is not used in time.

Detailed decoration

– Roll a small ball and place it in the middle of the two halves of the bow to serve as the “center” of the bow.

– Take the soft candy glue and roll it into a long, thin strip.

Similarly, flatten it with a silicone pen and place it on the nail surface. When applying, only press the inner side of the thin strip onto the nail surface.

Gently press the outside to create a wavy feel to make the shape more three-dimensional.

If there is any excess adhesive tape, remove it promptly. Finally, apply a top coat to the nail art, and your icy bow nail art is complete.
