Hello everyone! I’m a star employee at CHROMÉCLAIR, a brand of hema free gel polish.Want a versatile and beautiful manicure?Today we’re creating this fairy-like ruffled nail art tutorial—so simple even beginners can nail it on the first try. If you love it, come join us and give it a shot!

Step 1: Create a Glitter Gradient Base
Apply your favorite glitter polish to the nail, use a brush to create a gradient effect, then cure under a UV/LED lamp.

Step 2: Make the Tissue Paper Skirt Hem
After drying, take common household tissues and cut them into long strips.

Fold it like a folding fan (using tweezers makes it easier).

Step 3: Secure the Tissue Skirt Hem
Apply elastic adhesive glue to the nail art. Place the folded tissue strip onto the glued area.

Here I’m using chain fasteners to adjust the areas where the folds aren’t looking quite right.

Afterward, cure under a UV/LED lamp, then remove the chain.

Step 4: Reinforcement and Decoration
First, apply a base coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp;

Then apply glitter glue in the center according to your preference.

Apply adhesive to the center, then attach chain accessories (leave space on both sides of the chain);

Then add small pearls as accents,

Finally, apply a sealing coat to the entire armor (covering the ornaments and skirt hem; take care not to apply too thickly to preserve the pleated texture).

This ethereal fairy-inspired nail design is now complete! Give it a try and let your fingertips radiate with celestial beauty.
Lastly, I highly recommend CHROMÉCLAIR’s HEMA-free Gel Polish. Their products prioritize safety, featuring low irritation and eco-friendly formulations (HEMA-free & TPO-free) that minimize allergic reactions and gently nurture nail health. With a wide range of shades and long-lasting wear (approximately 21-35 days), every user can enjoy a worry-free and comfortable nail art experience.
