Apply elastic adhesive glue to the nail art. Place the folded tissue strip onto the glued area.

Here I’m using chain fasteners to adjust the areas where the folds aren’t looking quite right.

Afterward, cure under a UV/LED lamp, then remove the chain.

Step 4: Reinforcement and Decoration

First, apply a base coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp;

Then apply glitter glue in the center according to your preference.

Apply adhesive to the center, then attach chain accessories (leave space on both sides of the chain);

Then add small pearls as accents,

Finally, apply a sealing coat to the entire armor (covering the ornaments and skirt hem; take care not to apply too thickly to preserve the pleated texture).
